Bandar General trading company (BGTC), a multi-purpose private owned trading and service Business Ltd Company. It was initially established in Beletwein town, Hiran region in Somalia on JULY 08, 1996. BGTC initially started as sole proprietorship business in Beletwein in 1996. Increasing demand of highly professional and quality business products/services in Somalia due to civil conflict in Somalia had prompted a group of local Somali business people to team up after a series consultative meetings in Mogadishu and Beletwein to respond to the growing market demands for the provision of cost-effective, reliable, competitive and efficient services/products in many parts in Somalia.

The founders then decided to pool their available funds, knowledge, skills and experience to establish a multi-purpose, service and product-oriented business company. Then BGTC, now a financial solid, effective and efficient company was formed. For the business company to be more competitive and strong in the aggressive Somalia market, the founders had taken the legally and professional business process to put the foundation of the company.

BGTC is legally registered with Somalia chamber of commerce as service/product oriented Business Ltd Company.
